we are what we have seen growing up what we have been taught. Systems are adopted from a very young age with little to no decision on the individuals control. Because of the difference in cultures we view the world differently from other groups.

Roles of men and women are not equal in today's society. Gender unfortunately plays a large part in the decisions individuals make and can influence their biases/
We are born into our race we do not get to choose our race. This means we also cannot control how other races view our own. Many biases and judgments occur because of race.
