Drum Foot Rod Adapter Project

Over-arching assignment:

To model, print, and test an adapter that allows the post to be secured to the foot for the kick drum.

Today:

a) Quick sketch and dimension the parts that your adapter will need to secure to one another.

b) Sketch a solution (ie. the adapter). The sketch should include EVERY dimension.

To complete:

  • Pick up a sketch sheet and dimensioning tools.
  • Start by sketching the parts that you will measure.
  • Then move on to sketching your adapter.
  • Critical dimension must be included for the parts that you are designing around. ALL DIMENSIONS must be included for your adapter

TODAY'S ASSIGNMENT

Laptop Expectations:

1. ONLY use the laptop number assigned to you. If you do not see your laptop number, please bring that to the teacher's attention.

2. If anything is wrong with the laptop, please tell the teacher right away so that can be documented.

3. Only retrieve laptops when you table has been called.

4. No music/headphones. No charging your phone.

5. Return your laptop to the correct bay and plug it in so it can be fully charged for the next student.
