I'm His Only women - The song is about two women who is romantically involve with the same guy. and one day one of them calls the other explaining to her that they have the same boyfriend. The song is mainly performance based however my partner and we have decided that we will include a bit of a narrative.

Our idea's came from some of our cases studies as all three case studies are from the R&B genre. The video's I chose for my case studies are performance and conceptual bases with a little bit of a narrative. Two videos (Burn & We Belong together ) from my Case studies portray a lot of emotions which is what my partner and I would like to grasp in our video however we both decided we didnt want to make the video too cliche. Also we both did additional research to see what video could link more to the style of video we have in mind and we came up with "The Boy is Mine "-Brandy.

"I'm his only woman" is more of a performance base song however we would like to add a narrtaive to it aswell.

We quite liked the idea of the two singers singing to each almost like they are having a conversion, we also like the idea that they are both figting over thhe same guy howvere hes to the audienec hes seen as romantic to both girls.

The Inisprations we took from this vidoe was that it was soley perfamance based. We would also like to incoperate this into a video. Even though the video is perfamace based there is a little bit of a story of the artist going otu to the club and being happy. In the video R Kelly is on a stage with a microphone singing.

In this video we saw alot of things which we could potienally put in own. one of the thing we saw that would like to adapt is the smooth narrtive .We also liked the abstarcted editing.

R&B music is for everyone age and gender. However based on our research we found that mainly young people age 16 -25 tend to listen to this genere of music as they can see as more retable. These young people would be coming from a working class background. They wouldnt have a lot of money to spend.

We decided that we would target our would young girls age 16 to 21 would are mostly likely in education. Also because of the song content they would most likely be in a relatiosnship. Because thes girls are in eduaction it will a possibily that they wont have a job and therefore for we will make the processs of viewing the vidoe and purchasing the song will be affordable.
