human rights, peace and freedom

1.COMMON INTERESTS

Since the beginning of history there have been many people whose rights were not recognized.

But there have also been people who have reacted against it.

At the end of the eighteenth century began to appear philosophical.

Currently the rights are included in the UDHR and in the legislation of many countries.

The highest and most important right is LIFE

3. Peace

First generation rights are also called negative liberty rights. There was a philosopher (Hobbes) who defended a type of government which has been refuted.

Another philosopher (John Locke) was of the opinion that we have a natural right to life, liberty and property.

If the laws did not exist, it would be all chaos, which does not mean that we have to accept all kinds of rules.

Social norms help organize us.

We can distinguish two forms of norms, formal and informal. The informal ones are normally voluntary and are not written

2. FIRST GENERATION RIGHTS

Living in peace is obviously an objective, conflicts always arise, of many kinds.

We mention them in many ways, we talk, socially we try to fix the problems, etc.

But as much as we want peace, it is difficult to achieve it, living together peacefully is difficult.

We must be firm in respect towards all people and in making our rights.

Pacifism is an attitude that seeks to achieve peace

4.freedom
