side effects and challanges
As with many medicines most come with side effects, the most common ones were Constipation, Dry mouth, Dizziness, Sedation, and Weight gain. but to treat BPD it came with many challenges like people having different needs because there is a diversity of symptoms. Another problem was that a lot of people with BPD have other conditions that complicate their medication choice, for example, antidepressants should not be used when someone also has bipolar disorder, because it can trigger manic episodes. there is also the problem of that for some they will have to take more than 1 prescription to manage there BPD, that why it also important to be going to there therapy for these patients
For Years Pete didn't know what was wrong with him. In 2017 he was diagnosed with BPD he said “I got diagnosed with BPD a few years ago, and I was always just so confused all the time, and just thought something was wrong, and didn’t know how to deal with it,". since the age of 9 he has been in and out of inpatient treatment facilities for mental health. In fall of 2016, he started having episodes of intense emotions, like rage, and then forgetting what happened, and also serious depression. he thought that his cannabis use was to blame, and he was using drugs to deal with his Crohn's disease. bipolar was suggested but the medicine was not helping. then one of his phycayatrist diagnosed him with BPD. he was always telling him self "You're probably bipolar or borderline, we're just going to have to figure it out,".
Most people with BPD have other mental health conditions, which can also delay diagnosis

How Wreck-It Ralph sees himself changes from moment to moment based on a multitude of factors, mainly how others treat him. His lack of self-confidence and unstable self-image becomes even more evident in the second movie as he rises to internet fame only to later be torn down by the comments.

MYTH: BPD is rare
FACT: Between 1-4% of the population is estimated to have BPD diagnosis. That’s more than bipolar disorder and schizophrenia combined
Myth: Women are much more likely to develop BPD
Fact: This is slightly less clear-cut. BPD has long been thought of as a condition that affects women more often, but some researchTrusted Source indicates that it affects both genders evenly.
Myth:Those with BPD are simply manipulative and could control their behaviors if they wanted to.
Fact: People with BPD are much more complex than this reductionist and dismissive idea.
