1st tardy- Verbal Warning
Attendance Policy
Must be requested at least 1 month in advance
2nd tardy- Written Warning
You must call me at least 1 hour prior to the start of your shift if you will be out for the day.
3rd tardy- Write Up
4th tardy- Write Up
If you are able to get your shift covered and approved by a lead, then you do not need a 1 month notice.
3 or more days out sick must be accompanied by a doctor's note.
5th tardy- Termination
