To complete the survey select
"COVID Response Form-Family."
Staff Arrival
Staff will have their temperature checked upon arrival. They will also complete the Response Survey daily.

- Students will enter the building through the double doors off the playground.
- Floors are marked with directional arrows.
- Students observe social distancing.

Sanitizing Misters
Sanitizing misters will be running in the entrance hallway.
Hand Sanitizer
Students will use hand sanitizer before entering their classroom.

You will stay with your class.
Get your iPad or device ready.
Use hand sanitizer prior to entering/
You will have a designated area for recess and lunch.
Take out any items needed from your backpack.
Enter through the door next to the hand sanitizer.
Wear a face covering and always stay at least 6 ft. from others.
Place your backpack on the hook on your desk.
Go directly to your seat.
You will exit the classroom through the other door.
Wash your hands often.
Desk shields will be secured on the desk.

- Students will remain in classrooms.
- They will be called to the playground upon your arrival.
- They will exit through the gate outside of the 1st Grade classroom.
- A staff member will guide them to their pick up car.
