The skin of a fetal pig is very cold and hard. It had not much time to develop which explains why it is not soft like a normal pig's skin

At Natures classroom, we got the opportunity to hold a pigs heart. It was like the human heart, but a lot smaller.
Pig hearts are starting to become compatible with the human body. Scientists are testing to see if pig hearts are able to be used for human heart transplants.

The lungs of a pig function similar to our lungs. Like everyother body part of a pig, the lungs are a lot smaller.
A pig has arteries too just like humans. They pump blood from the heart, to all other parts of the pigs body.

The pigs brain is similar to ours once again. The brain has a protective sheild around it, that protects it from potential brain damage. The brain sends waves to the rest of its body just like ours.
Fun fact: Inc China, people eat pig brains.
