what a way to start a day with a morning exercise with the hole school

doing exercise is having a good and healthy body!

why should we?

if we didn't exercise we would not be fit!

exercising with school would be fun!

how many calories will we lose in an hour?

anwer is: you lose 500 calories in an hour of exercise!

over 95% of our school likes pizza from the canteen and i don't think eating pizza from the canteen is a workout maybe a little because we probably run as fast as we can to get the first slice!

Over 50,000 people exercise in the morning and 52,000 exercise at night but research has shown that it is better for you to exercise in the morning.

The percent of kids that exercise in the morning is 56% and the average adult is 84% there is a bog difference between them both
