Who is Bansky?
Graffitis
All the graffitis of Banksy are really deep, and interesting, they usually have a special meaning and represents something important.
Explanation
The graffiti we have chosen is about a girl, she is young black girl and it’s with a pink spray can in her hand, she is looking to replace the Nazi symbol with a pink print. Next to the girl is a sleeping bag and her teddy bear and she is looking over her shoulder, to the expectation.
What it represents?
This artwork is considered a criticism from the artist about refugee policy. She is trying to cover the Nazi symbol with her pink paint, and basically it means covering or ignoring reality, everything that happened, how it happened and why. Try to show what was done wrong. It also shows that freedom of expression or having a different opinion is not well seen by the society, by the face of the young girl.
