"Impossible is Nothing" means that with the right mindset, anything is achievable. It means embracing challenges and facing them head-on, knowing that failure is not an option.
Over a year ago, I developed a passion for Web 3.0. At first, getting involved seemed impossible. To be honest, everyone in the space seemed like a young professional, the kind of wave rider who follows Hypebeast to be told what to do, not a genuine trendsetter. I told myself, “Impossible is nothing,” jumped in with all my energy and became a legend.
I started by learning everything I could about the space. I joined Discords, and chatted with moderators. I got into Cryptobulls early, and flipped it for a huge profit. I analyzed the market and realized there was an opportunity in the Bored Ape Yacht Club ecosystem, and used my gains to acquire a Mutant Ape.
Firmly established in this new space, I wanted to take it further. Impossible is nothing. I moved up to the top 5% in volume on Opensea, an unbelievable feat for a young biracial student in Wisconsin. I could have stopped there, but growing up in NYC and participating in SEO (and DLT in college), I learned that community is more important than quick profits. I wanted to grow and build Web 3.0 communities.
To do this, I arranged teach-in sessions for over 50 of my friends. I interned at Llamaverse, helping teach new joiners how to get involved. I also worked with PLINFT, as the head of affiliate marketing, forming partnerships with over 20 different projects for an amazing event on the big screen in Times Square. Joining the Adidas team would be a dream come true for me, as I remember saving up for my first pair of Sambas and feeling like a part of a community when I would see others wearing the same iconic stripes. That was a long time ago, and I'm still wearing my Adidas as a 3rd year student at University of Wisconsin, majoring in Consumer Behavior & Marketplace Studies. My coursework has provided me with a strong foundation in marketing and retail, which helped me learn how to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. Additionally, through both school and prior internships, I have experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, which has prepared me to keep up in an intellectually-challenging workplace like Adidas.
