The priority is always seek to show a green scorecard, which means that we miss opportunities to highlight areas of improvement

Don’t hide them, just prioritise them
By focussing on not stopping production could lead to sustained periods of slow running, other issues, or could lead to reoccurrence of the same issue again.
Identify the opportunity, mitigate if necessary, correct and prevent .Prevention is better than cure!
Every zone has processes that can have multiple documents detailing .This can make things unclear and may lead to things being missed.
By making the tasks simple and clearly visible in the area, it make them easier to both follow, and to see when a standard is not met.
