Prezi is looking for a talented Senior Web Designer to work within our Brand and Marketing Design team. Our small but mighty design team is responsible for all design on prezi.com, email, and advertising. On a broader level, the team is also responsible for how the Prezi brand looks and feels.
Prezi.com is a top global web site (#566 in US per Alexa rank, Nov 2019), with over 100 million registered users, and hundreds of millions of Prezi’s created.

Brand and Marketing Design Team
Prezi's Brand and Marketing Design team is looking for a Senior Web Designer with interest in building beautiful digital designs that push the envelope, delight users, and drive business.
The team is cross-functional in nature and dedicated to crafting and improving designs and processes. The Senior Web Designer will report directly to our Director of Design and work closely with the Brand Team, Web Team, engineers, and marketers.
R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
Lead the design of page layouts and interactions to create aesthetic and functional designs from concept to completion considering functionality and aesthetics
Work collaboratively with other designers, engineers, marketers and data analysts
Take a defining role in our web style guide and design systems
Present and defend designs to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback
Work on-site and remotely with teammates from around the world
Have a pivotal role in designing a site that gets millions of visits per day (#566 in the US per Alexa rank, Nov 2019)
Use research and data and collaborate with the data team to inform design decisions
Strategize and define complex web experiences
Work collaboratively with engineers to execute designs
Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation sessions and take charge when needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

5+ years of experience designing, strategizing and systematizing complex web experiences and brand systems
Portfolio of strong work that showcases that experience
Experience building websites with HTML5, CSS3, LESS, Bootstrap, jQuery
Proficient in graphic design principles (typography, grids, layout, color), UX, UI, and IxD
Desire to have a direct hand in transforming and growing our brand
A keen eye and up-to-date with current design best practices and technology and familiarity with current design trends and technology
An understanding of how your designs affect the business
Ability to comfortably adapt to and build on Prezi’s brand and design systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in designing for mobile web responsiveness and using responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or CSS grids
Designing within pre-established guidelines
A quantitative and qualitative understanding of why your design works or doesn’t
Proficient in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Self-starter, someone who is dedicated to crafting and improving designs and processes
Able to work in San Francisco
Other passions that would benefit the team like illustration, video editing, photography, or 3D design
Experience working in-house at a company

Seven Teepee
SOS Villages
Renovation
SOS children villages is a global initiative, they are there for those children who have lost parental care or are very close to lose it. In Riga, the Infogram team is more than happy to join them in renovating their area, and this year, we will love to take part in their move to a new settlement.
R E N O V A T I O N P R O J E C T
We return to Bag every year - and now another village, Dány has joined. These villages are special as they have an area, the Roma settlement, where poverty, unemployment and drug usage rates are super high. Each year, there is a day when Prezi helps them build their environment a little further - and shows that to us, these communities are also worthy and can change for the better. We work closely together with an NGO, Bagázs, who is present in the area all-year long, knowing the settlement real.
Seven Tepees have served San Francisco's most under-resourced youth through intensive and comprehensive support programs and services since 1995. Prezi joined in this work by having a day together with the community each year, building, sweating, helping them. This day is a really important one for the Prezi community, every year about a 100 people take part in the tasks.

Latinas in Tech
At Infogram, having women in tech is just part of the everydays since the beginning, as Alise Dirika, one of the founders is also a strong woman in tech. She leads the project Riga TechGirls, educating and inspiring young women about technology all over Latvia.
Skool
This initiative is present in every day of Prezi’s work. We trust, respect and support our professional women. In San Francisco, Latinas in Tech is our present project, who have more than 3000 members, empowering and mentoring them in more than 15 countries.
