Prezi has templates that make it easier to create your presentation.Students are able to upload a PowerPoint slide show to Prezi and add visual effects to enhance the presentation.
Pictogon- Redefintion
A student chooses one photo that will represent the main theme or central idea to the presentation and embed photos, audio, music, videos and text to create an interactive story.
Emaze- Augmentation
"Provides unique visual platforms for students to tell their story visually with stunning special effects. Students must think more critically and creatively to create a presentation using eMaze" (Differntianating Technology, 2022)
Audio Amplification- Augmentation
"In a typical audio amplification system, the teacher wears a microphone, and speakers are placed strategically throughout the classroom to amplify the sound of the teacher’s voice or of content being projected from a computer or DVD player. Additionally, students may use microphones to participate in class discussions. Audio amplification systems allow for an even distribution of sound throughout the classroom, resulting in high-quality sound for all students" (Technology Resources, 2022).
Math Talk- Augmentation
A math speech recognition tool called MathTalk can assist students with a variety of challenges. Students can solve math questions on their computer by speaking into a microphone.
Text to speech (TTS)- Augmentation
Text-to-speech (TTS) software is an assistive technology created to aid students who have trouble reading standard print.
TTS technology can help other students, as well, including those with intellectual disabilities, autism, or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

A free app that helps your students increase and improve their vocabulary it includes audio and visual support in which students can master thousands of English words
Podcasts- Redefinition
For ELL students podcasts are powerful tools for listening and comprehension. There are podcasts out there for people of all ages, interests, and linguistic proficiency levels. Your ear needs to be trained as part of language learning. Podcasts provide great learning resources.You can substitute podcasts for other listening and comprehension exercises you would use in the classroom.
