- Teachers should fill in an online form to be able to register in the program. After collecting the data, a list of trainees will be sent to school.
- Every teacher will choose a mentor or a senior teacher to work with during the training program.
- Mentors will not attend the training program. They will support the teachers and prove feedback.

TWDT
"Blended Learning" program will be carried out in two phases; one for human resources and one for physical environment.
The human resources training program is called "Teaching with Digital Technology","TWDT". It takes one semester.
By the end of the first semester, trainees should be able to:
Use digital technologies effectively to support educational outcomes.
Objective 1
Unit 1
The program comprises three units related to practice,exploring teaching and learning with digital technologies. The units are as follows:
Understanding the potential of digital technologies to support learning and teaching. Learning new strategies, technologies and
instructional practices.
Teaching a lesson with digital technologies.
Evaluating the use of digital technologies to support teaching
and learning. Collecting and analyzing feedback to improve
instructional practices

1. The first phase program has three stages, units,.
2. Trainees are going to present all the school subjects. They have to work with a senior teacher or a mentor.
3. The trainer is going to use blended learning.
The course has three units
Unit 1
Learning new technologies, instructional methods and new applications
Practicing what trainees have learned in unit 1.
Unit 2
Collecting feedback and developing the first practice.
Unit 3
Every trainee is going to work with a mentor whose job is to support the trainer and give him/her positive feedback. They are not going to attend the training.

He is going to design an LMS account and is going to add trainees after getting their emails from the needs analysis form.

Trainees are going to be assessed through online portfolio. Trainees are going to provide physical evidences for their practice. (Photos, videos, learning journals and observation reports)
