MANAGEMENT

-The point-of-contact for all things related to the business.

-Ensure all needs of the FOH/BOH are met as they arise.

-Communicate all trainings, coachings, and feedback associated with growing the team's skills and abilities through one-on-one's and morning/evening huddles.

-Encourage and support FOH and BOH staff with any needs associated with the business, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.

-Communicate inventory, supply, and business needs to the appropriate management to ensure necessary items are ordered and dealt with before/as they are needed.

-The ""Smiles of the Store"" -- Negativity is more. infectious than positivity. Cultivate positivity everywhere possible to ensure a positive and healthy work environment.

-Provide discipline and feedback, when necessary, in relation to FOH and BOH staff not following procedures and compliance. Communicate further issues to upper management to address further.

-Other responsibilities are laid out within the descriptors of the other staff positions, adding guidance for situational needs.

LEAD FLOOR MANAGER: LAI WHITAKER

FOH

-The ""Hype Person"" of the room. Maintain a high level of energy and positivity in relationn to guest interactions, guiding the floor teams on their duties and responsibilities, and provide feedback on any guest/floor staff interactions/conflicts. Partner with GM/AGM on any necessary feedback so any issues can be addressed ASAP in the work day.

-Guide floor staff between their respective positions as the floor needs change (ex: moving Receptionists to Greeter positions/Greeters to Budtender positions, depending on the flow of guests walking through the doors).

-Manage Receptionist, Greeter, and Budtender break times to ensure compiance with state laws. Partner with GM/AGM on any needs related to the position, and flex into Reception, Greeter, and Budtender positions as-needed on the floor (more likely for breaks and emergencies, such as short-staffing). Refer to Floor Managers and Lead Budtenders for flexing in-and-out of floor positions, as-needed.

-Maintain floor checks between staff and guests to ensure the flow of service is as efficient as possible. Encourage and support floor staff with their needs throughout the day, and communicate any needs up to GM/AGM as needed. Rely on GM/AGM for feedback and coaching as conflicts/issues arise, but also feel free to take the reigns. Be sure to communicate anything related to this to GM/AGM the day-of.

-Above all, keep the smiles going! FOH staff is the face of the business, and it is vital for guests to see a positive and friendly work environment.

OPENING FLOOR MANAGER: ASIA MUHAMMAD

-Partner with GM/AGM on notes from the day before to provide feedback at morning huddles. Ask for feedback from FOH and BOH staff on needs related to the overall flow and daily operations of the business and communicate these needs to the GM/AGM on-duty.

-Eyes on the floor! You are the one responsible for keeping a constant eye on the flow of guests and the available staff members on the floor. Speed up/slow down the flow based off of staffing and customer needs. Partner with Lead Floor Manager for any customer/employee confrontations or issues to ensure the appropriate managers deal with any conflicts.

-The ""Cheer Leader"" for the guest experience. Keep the smiles and positivity flowing and help make the guests and FOH staff feel valued throughout the day. Bubble up anything that isn't working, or any conflicts/issues to the Lead Floor Manager/GM/AGM to ensure the guest experience is optimal and efficient.

CLOSING FLOOR MANAGER: ASHLEY JEFFERIES

FOH

-Partner with GM/AGM on notes from the day before/day of to provide feedback at nightly huddles. Ask for feedback from FOH and BOH staff on needs related to the overall flow and daily operations of the business and communicate these needs to the GM/AGM on-duty.

-Eyes on the floor! You are the one responsible for keeping a constant eye on the flow of guests and the available staff members on the floor. Speed up/slow down the flow based off of staffing and customer needs. FOH

-The ""Brain of the Budtenders"" -- Any questions related to inventory info, Dutchie POS-related issues, and standard procedures in the budtender roles are to be communicated through the Lead Budtenders. When necessary, defer to the Lead Floor Manager/GM/AGM to provide any coaching, feedback, and assistance related to improving the skills of the Budtenders on the floor.

-Maintain a level of professionalism and helpfulness when interacting with guests to provide them with the best experience possible when making a purchase.

-Partner with Runner and Inventory staff in relation to any adjustments/additions at the counter. Partner with GM/AGM to process any necessary voids at the counter.

-Eyes on the Budtenders: Provide any feedback related to positives/negatives observed at the counter in relation to Budtenders, Greeters, and Receptionists to the Lead Floor Manager/GM/AGM. Praise the positives observes in workflow, and coach Budtenders on small procedural items when observed (ex: If you observe a budtender selling items without showing the items to the guest beforehand, please provide the feedback to the Budtender when they are free from guest interactions/ tell a Lead Floor Manager/GM/AGM of this observation to ensure accountability on the floor.

-Flex in and out of necessary FOH roles, including Receptionist/Greeter/Budtender to ensure workflow is optimal for efficiency and speed-of-service. Partner with Floor Managers, Lead Floor Manager, and GM/AGM to communicate any needs or oberservations.

Budtenders/Cashiers: Rascharm Davis, Austin Massiah, Anthony Bailey, Asha Parris, Marcos Santana, Tony Sutton

FOH

-Maintain a level of professionalism and helpfulness when interacting with guests to provide them with the best experience possible when making a purchase.

-Partner with Runner and Inventory staff in relation to any adjustments/additions at the counter. Partner with GM/AGM to process any necessary voids at the counter.

-Confirm and show every item ordered to gues before transacting the order/taking any money. Be sure the guest sees THC%, mg content, and any other ingredients for each product before continuing to collecting cash from the guest.

-Count cash twice before marking bills, $20/$50/$100's, respectively, then count a third time before delivering the cash into the drawer. Verbally tell the customer how much change (if any) they will receive, and count out cash clearly and verbally to guest to ensure an accurate cash count for your respective till.

-Sign into your own personal Dutchie account when running POS, ensuring the register you select internally is the register you are at, to ensure accurate cash counts at the end of the night.

-Deliver any excess cash tips to the box for delivery to management at the end of the night. No loose cash is to be touched by Budtenders and non-managers. Report any sign of loose cash/product to management for immediate solutions.

-Ensure every closed ticket gets a receipt delivered to the guest, and thank them for their visit!

Reception/Greeters: Ardiana Lucenti, Dinieryi Hernandez, Ahmir Lopez, Jaliyah Goodman

FOH

-Verify the ID of every guest that walks into the building, and reject any guest that is not 21 years-old or older.

-""Face of the Company"" -- Maintain a level of positivity and professionalism at the front desk to encourage a positive experience from the start. Answer any questions related to the guest experience, and direct pre-orders and in-house orders to their respective lines so they can be met with Greeters/Floor Managers for direction.

*Greeters* -Hype up the opportunity to buy product safely and legally in the state, and guide the guest through the ordering experience. Ask key questions, such as the strain types they are looking for (ex: Sativa/Hybrid/Indica) and guide them based off of their consumption needs (ex: Consumables, Drinks, Vapes, Flower, etc.) and communicate any applicable options to ensure the guest receives the items that best fit their needs.

-Communicate product info the the guests as questions arise, and use Budtenders and Lead Budtenders as a ""Brain"" to communicate the highest level of knowledge to the guests, creating the highest level of hospitality we can!

-Partner with Floor Managers/Lead Floor Manager/GM/AGM for any issues that arise in relation to customer frustration, feedback to associates, and anything that does not fall in line with a positive guest experience or workflow procedures.

INVENTORY MANAGER: PAWEL SZAREJKO

BOH

-Maintain and audit inventory counts. In charge of implementing audits by category with Assistant Inventory Manager. Partner with GM and AGM for auditing schedule to stay ahead of full-store audits.

-Maintain an organized and clean inventory vault, between both sellable items and vault items. Clearly label and mark each item's bin with respective product name, type, size to maintain an efficient work environment.

-Assist and coach inventory leads, staff, and runners on SOP's for fulfilling, returning, and quarantining product. Provide necessary feedback related to performance, accidents/wins, and bubble-up feedback to GM/AGM in relation to any issues and wins so they can be addressed by upper management, when necessary.

-Main point-of-contact for inventory staff in reference to inventory-specific questions and concerns.

-Partner with GM and AGM on feedback related to workflow, Dutchie troubleshooting,

-Responsible for providing feedback to inventory leads, staff, and runners in relation to inventory changes, procedural changes, and all things back-of-house.

-Partner with GM and AGM with needs related to back-of-house items, such as ordering, supplies, and electronics, etc.

-Main point-of-contact for BOH staff during work hours. Must communicate any necessary issues or feedback to GM or AGM.

-Responsible for moving any quarantined items to their respective rooms through Dutchie, as well as physically move items to Vault at end-of-day (Partner with GM/AGM/Inventory Managers/Leads to ensure two people are around the product at all times).

ASSISTANT INVENTORY MANAGER: ARIAN WALKER

BOH

-Right-hand-person for Inventory Manager. Responsibilities fall into hands of Assistanrt Inventory Manager when Inventory Manager is not present in the store/when needed for business purposes.

-Coach and encourage BOH team on anything related to changes, feedback, or necessary training associated with BOH roles.

-Preferred right-hand on audits with Inventory Manager or GM/AGM during weekly cycle counts and onthly audits.

INVENTORY LEADS: JAMES WARREN & J. ETCETERA

BOH

-Right-hand individuals for cycle counts and audits.

-Best persons for shadowing new BOH employees and coaching/training individuals on procedures and processes associated with inventory fulfillment.

-Partner with Inventory Managers on organization of day-sellable carts and vault to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

-Encourage and partner with inventory staff and runners to organize pick-up orders that have been fulfilled for sale, organize filled-bags to maintain alphabetical order, and partner with budtenders on any at-counter fulfillment needs.

INVENTORY: MARQUIS HINES & DON SALADINO

BOH

-Fill all orders as they come through the Dutchie system.

-Move respective orders internally to make sure each item has been assigned to its respective guest, moving the order to ""Pick Up Ready"" when fully ready for sale.

-Maintain an organized BOH work environment, including fulfilled bags, day-sellable carts, and vault shelves when needed.

-Partner with Inventory Leads and Managers in relation to inventory needs, feedback related to fulfillment or Dutchie problems, and supply needs.

-Return any unsold items to sellable carts/quarantine when necessary.

-Inform Inventory Leads and Managers of any product issues or concerns (ex: labels missing, broken seals, etc.)

-Assist floor runners to deliver fulfilled bags to Budtenders on the floor. Fulfill at-counter adjustments and returns to ensure accurate counts and organization in BOH. Partner with Inventory Leads and Managers to maintain this standard.

RUNNERS: BIJON BROWN & NAKIEF CROSS

BOH

-Partner with Inventory Managers, Leads, Associates, and Budtenders in delivering fulfilled products from BOH to the floor to ensure a clean and accurate product count.

-Return all returned and rejected items from the floor to BOH and partner with Inventory Managers, Leads and Associates to ensure all inventory items are returned or moved to their respective places (ex: Sellable carts/Quarantine)

-Act as a liason between floor staff and BOH staff to ensure communication is clear between the two rooms, ensuring all needs of the floor and BOH are met, in relation to order fulfillments and returns. Partner with Inventory Managers, Leads, and GM/AGM on feedback related to runs, order fulfillment, and returns/add-ons at the counter.
