Setting
The story takes place at an old professor's house and in Narnia.
In the beginning of the story, Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy were sent from London to the countryside to live with an old professor. They had to leave their home because of the air raids during World War II.

In the middle of the story, Lucy goes through the professor's wardrobe and ends up in Narnia. In Narnia, she bumps into a strange creature named Mr. Tumnus and he takes Lucy to his house to have a cup of tea. Lucys siblings didn't believe her when she said their was another land in the wardrobe.

In the end of the story, the three children and Mr. and Mrs. Beaver are searching for Edmund and Santa Claus appeared. Santa gave Peter a shield, Susan a bow and some arrows, and Lucy a potion to heal injuries/wounds. The children found the Great Lion, Aslan, and they rode him to the White Witch to find Edmund but the witch saw Aslan and killed him.
The problem is the children lose Edmund in Narnia, and the White Witch takes control over him. Edmund does everything the witch tells him to do even though he knows it is not the right thing to do.

The solution was since Edmud was bewitch and the qeeun was going to kill him Aslan offered to ransom for Edmund and die in his place.

I rate this book a 3 out of 5 because I didnt want to put it down but it is not my favorite.I would recomed this book to someone who likes fanticy and talking imaginary animals.
