To the right, you will find more information about dining at DCT and other locations on campus.

Dobbs Common Table uses COR (Circle of Responsibility) icons to help guests navigate menus and choose foods that best fit their dietary needs and preferences.

this COR icon identifies menu items that do not contain ingredients that are sources of gluten, but are prepared in an open kitchen where gluten is present.
this COR icon identifies menu items that contains absolutely no animal or dairy product.
this COR icon identifies menu items that contain no meat, fish, poultry, shellfish or products derived from these sources but may contain dairy, eggs, or honey.
this COR icon identifies menu items that contain animal proteins that were prepared in accordance with Muslim dietary law.
this COR icon identifies menu items that contain seafood that meets the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch guidelines for commercial buyers.
this COR icon identifies menu items that contain ingredients from a farm, ranch, fishing boat, or artisan producer located within the 8-state southeast region of GA, FL, NC, SC, TN, KY, MS, and AL.

The Taam Tov is a dedicated kosher station featuring daily meals catered by an outside kosher kitchen. Taam Tov is only available to individuals who purchase the Kosher Meal Plan. Students on the Kosher Meal Plan may also dine at other stations in DCT.
We kindly ask that you do not take food from this area if you are not on the Kosher Meal Plan.
Taam Tov is open for lunch and dinner Sunday -Thursday and lunch on Fridays.
For guests that cannot consume gluten, the DCT features a station dedicated to foods that are made without gluten containing ingredients. To prevent cross-contact with gluten-containing foods, this area is key card access only.
Throughout the cafe there are many other menu items available that are made without gluten-containing ingredients.
These items are identified with the ↓G icon on menu signs.
Please note that due to our open kitchens that handle gluten, we cannot guarantee that items made without gluten-containing ingredients are “gluten-free,” as defined by the FDA. We make every effort to avoid gluten cross contact; however there is always the potential for cross-contact with other gluten-containing food items, particularly in our self-serve facilities.

Certified Halal proteins are served daily at 605 Kitchen, and may be featured at various stations throughout the cafe. Halal menu items will be designated with the Halal COR icon.
Additionally, sandwich and salad options using certified Halal chicken are available at grab and go retail locations across campus, including Cox Hall,The Emporium, Rollins Café, and White Hall.
It is our standard to provide a robust plant-based menu in all of our cafes. At the DCT, you will find a vegan or vegetarian option at every station. In addition, the Stem to Root station features completely vegan meals at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The DCT does not prepare any menu item that contains peanuts, tree nuts, or shellfish.
Chefs and associates at all Emory Dining locations receive regular training regarding food allergen handling.
Where possible, we use descriptive naming to identify allergens in a dish.
For example:
creamy mashed potatoes→ milk
panko crusted salmon → wheat, fish

The Well-Being indicator is a green arrow that helps guests make healthier food choices.
A fuller green arrow means menu items have whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins prepared with minimal amounts of unhealthy fats, sodium, and added sugar.

Crossroads is open from morning until late-night, featuring:
self-pressed waffles
breads, bagels, and spreads
freshly squeezed orange juice
fair trade coffee and tea

At Stem to Root, the menu is 100% vegan! The focus at this station is on using the entire vegetable—from the stem to the root.
A full menu is served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday-Friday, and brunch and dinner on the weekends.
The Market Table features daily soups, a full salad bar, and build-your-own deli, all at one station, from lunch until late night.
In the morning, look for fresh cut fruit, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, stone-ground grits, and whole-grain oatmeal.
The Flat Iron offers build-your-own style service so you can customize your meal.
Lunch and dinner feature stir-fry bars, pasta bars, and baked potato bars, all with plentiful plant-protein options.
In the morning, find breakfast classics and pancakes or French toast with your choice of toppings.
On the weekends, enjoy made to order
omelets at brunch.

Open for lunch and dinner, Fire + Spice allows guests to experience globally inspired dishes from India, Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam and more!
During the weekends, Fire + Spice transforms into a brunch bar, featuring a variety of breakfast favorites.
Start your day at The Luncheonette with diner-style favorites: eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, and more.
From lunch until dinner, classic menu items are always available, including grilled chicken, grass-fed beef burgers, vegetarian patties, and french fries.
“Build-your-own” daily specials are offered at lunch and dinner, with a plant-based option always available.
The 605 Kitchen features “comfort” style food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the week, and brunch and dinner on the weekends.
Choose from a certified halal protein or plant-based protein option, served with two sides.
Starting with house-made dough, Hearth and Stone serves pizza, stromboli, calzones, and breadsticks fresh from the pizza oven. Pair with the featured salad for a complete meal.
Specialty pizzas and vegetarian options are available everyday at lunch and dinner.
Visit the condiment bar for gourmet
oils and seasonings.
Catered by a local Kosher kitchen, Taam Tov features an entree, sides, salad or soup, and dessert for lunch and dinner.
Taam Tov is closed for dinner on
Friday and all day on Saturday.
Guests must be on the Kosher meal plan to dine at this station.
The Avoiding Gluten station is specifically designed to accommodate guests who cannot consume gluten.
Meals at this station are made without gluten containing ingredients. Specialty breads and baked goods are available, and a designated toaster is available in this section.
