I AM GOING TO BE CONNECTING OTHELLO WITH LORD OF THE FLIES.

ONE THING THAT IS SIMILAR BETWEEN THE TWO IS THE BATTLE AGAINST GOOD AND EVIL.
JUST A FEW EXAMPLES ARE...
Jack and Iago are the evil and corrupted characters in the stories.
Simon and Desdemona are the good and pure characters in the stories.
BOTH BOOKS HAVE ONE OR MORE CHARACTERS THAT SEEM TO HAVE SOME SORT OF BATTLE AGAINST GOOD AND EVIL.
For Desdemonda it was the evil plans of Othello to kill her created my Iago.
ANOTHER SIMILAR EVENT IS HOW BOTH OF THE PURE CHARACTERS END UP GETTING KILLED.
