What are natural resources?

They are the raw materials that occur natrurally in a given envornment.

Paiute

The Paiutes' ancestral homeland did not contain abundant natural resources, so the Paiute bands farmed and traded to make sure they had all the plants and resources they needed.

5 Paiute Bands of Utah

1. Each band must elect a representative.

2. The band representative is the ONLY band member allowed to talk to the other bands.

3. The remaining band members are the called the council

and they must approve all trades.

4. Each band must collect through trade at least four points from each band.

5. Each representative must be careful to not trade an item before getting approval from the council.

6. No band has completed their task until all their needs have been met.

7. Each band must be able to carry water and food.

8. Each band must have tools for farming or building shelter.

9. Each band must have a healthful diet
