1. Imagine you're going to a supermarket and you're given a shopping list

2. Try to memorize as much as you can

~ The most common causes of forgetting

~ If the information it's not retrieved and rehearsed, it will fade easily

4. Motivated Forgetting

~ We might forget things in a painful experience

~ which is a conscious form of forgetting.

2. Interference

~ Memories can compete with each other!

~ If two or more pieces of information are somewhat similar, you may get confused

2. Find a way to leverage your visual memory

~ Memorize something using your imagination

7. Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories

~ You shouldn't stay up all night studying for an exam or a test, because you need a lot of energy for your brain to memorize things

3. Create a mental memory tree

~ If you’re trying to memorize a large number of facts

~ Try to use the memory tree, by linking them into a story

4. Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know

~ Make a connection to the information that you already know

~ It will be easier to memorize

6. Do most of your studying in the afternoon

~ There’s a study saying that the best time to study every day in the afternoon

5. When reading for retention, summarize each paragraph in the margin

~ A way to memorize things is not to read it, summarize it and teach yourself again

1. Become interested in what you're learning

~ Make sure the information that you’re memorizing is what you like and interested in

~ We can show them that they are no different from those “rare” people who has super memory

~ It is a matter of training of brain and improve our memory ability.

~ Through the experiment, they will believe they can have a super memory as well.

~ Everyone will be interested to take this challenge regardless their age or their gender.

~ We all want to challenge ourselves if we can beat the game.

What are the consequences?

~ After playing the game, my audience will find out that they can have a way to memorize lots of things which they don’t think it is possible

~Also they will adapt to the new way of remember things and is really an achievement
