4. Phoebe was the forth sister. She was the Titaness of prophecies.
5. Mnemosyne was the fifth sister. She was the Titaness of memory.
6. The youngest sister was Rhea. She was the Titaness of motherhood. She eventually became known as the Great Mother
1. The first brother was Krios. He was the Titan of the south.
2. The second brother was Koios. He was the Titan of the North. He, like Phoebe had the gift of prophecy. He married Phoebe.
3. Hyperion was the Titan of the East. He married Theia, the Titaness of clear sight.
4. Iapetus was the Titan of the west. He married the daughter of Oceanus and Tethys.
5. Oceanus was the Titan of the oceans. He married Tethys.
6. The final Titan was the king of the cosmos and the Titan of time. He married Rhea, and they had the Olympian Gods.
1. Hades was the oldest boy. He was the God of the underworld, and controlled it. He married Persephone, and they had three kids.
2. Poseidon was the god of sea, earthquakes and horses. He controlled the seas. He married Amphitrite, and they had three children.
3. Zues was the king of the cosmos, the god of the sky, rain, law and order. He controlled the sky. He married Hera and had four kids. Ares and Hephaestus were the only ones who became major gods. He also had a lot of children with other Gods and mortals.
4. The oldest God was Hestia. She was the Goddess of of the hearth. She did not marry, and had no kids. She gave her throne on the Olympian Council to Dionysus.
5. Demeter was the Goddess of agriculture. She and Zeus had a child named Persephone, but they did not marry. She and Posiden gave birth to twins. One was a minor Goddess, and the other was a stallion.
6. Hera was the Goddess marriage and the family. She married Zues and became the queen of the cosmos. They had four kids. She did not have any other kids.
Some of the many second generation gods were:
1. Persephone - Persephone was the daughter of Zeus and Demeter. She was the Goddess of Spring. She married Hades and became the Queen of the Underworld.
2. Athena - Athena was the Goddess of Warfare and Wisdom. She was the daughter of Metis (the Titaness of deep thought) and Zeus. She was a virgin Goddess, and didn't marry.
3. Aphrodite - Aphrodite was the Goddess of Love and Beauty. She was born when Ouranos's blood mixed with salt water. She married Hephaestus.
4. Ares - Ares was the son of Hera and Zeus. He was the God of War. He did not marry, but had kids with Aphrodite.
5. Hephaestus - Hephaestus was the God of Blacksmiths, Fire, and Volcanos. He was the son of Zeus and Hera. He married Aphrodite.
6. Apollo - Apollo was the son of Zeus and Leto (the Titaness of modesty and kindness). He was the God of Archery, Song, Prophecy, and Poetry. He did not marry.
7. Artemis - Artemis was Apollo's twin sister. She was the Goddess of Wild Animals, Wilderness, and Virginity. She had a group of followers who hunted with her.
8. Hermes - Hermes was the son of Zeus and Maia (the daughter of Atlas, a follower of Kronos). He was the God of anything you might encounter while traveling. He was the Messenger of the Gods, and did not marry.
Demigods were humans with a god for only one parent.
They were not immortal, but they had "powers".
Dionysus was the only demigod to become an Olympian.
He was the son of Zeus and a mortal named Semele, a princess of Thebes
He was the god of wine, madness, and fertility.
He was usually depicted as either a really old man, or a very young man.

Heracles (also known as Hercules) is the most famous demigod.
He is best known for completing 12 tasks. Originally, there were 10 tasks, but 2 of them were not acceptable because he had help completing them.
He is the son of Zeus and Alcmene, a granddaughter of Perseus.
He became a minor God.
Theseus was the son of Aethra and either Posiden or Aegeus.
He is best known for killing the Minotaur, a man with a bull's head.
He married Phaedra, a princess of Crete.
Hippolyta was the daughter of Ares and Otera, founder of the Amazons.
She is best known for being a queen of the Amazons.
She also possessed a magical belt that made stonger and faster than normal.
Perseus was the son of Zues and Danae, princess of Argos.
He is best known for killing Medusa, a monster that turns you into stone if you look it in the eye.
He married princess Andromeda, and they both have constellations named after them.
Bellerophon was the son of Posiden and Eurynome, a princess.
He is most famous for taming and riding the Pegasus.
His original name was Hipponous. He got the name Bellerophon by accidentally killing a man named Belleros. Bellerophon means "killer of Belleros".
