The most important key survival is the 'shaggy coated yak' (which keeps them warm). Usually , people try and pay back for yak's butter and milk by giving some back.

Amazingly , there are quite a few things you could find in the Andes : Chuno (freeze dried potatoes) , hot ceareal also some people even raise guinea pigs it's quite sad but they have to survive with some meat .

There are lots of different animals that live in the Andes. Although , you may think these animals may possibly cold but don't worry there not!!! It's because all of their thick fur they have , keeps them warm as well as cosy. One of the most known animals in the Andes is a Yak (which is used for alot of things) : milk , butter and youghuts.

Amazingly, causing it to be so cold , some of the highest summits are snow-capped. This mountain -the Andes- is probably one of the most dangerous , icy places on earth because it's amazingly high. Usually , it would be one of the most bravest people who would only climb this well that's what i think , i hope!!!
