Backstory
Many year's aga Sienna's and Umber's despised each other. The Sienna had taken over leadership leaving Umber's as slaves until they could "contribute". But being silence and treated miserably Umber's retaliate. The founding fathers Umber General John Division 1and Sienna Chief Max Smith came to a conclusion and decided that one race should be in charge to avoid destruction in their sectors in 3870. A war had just happened between the Umber's and the Sienna's over leadership. It was the year of 3871 on Monday, February 3 as the local war that ended the conflict between the Sienna's and the Umber’s and declared dictatorship for the Umber's in Venezuela. But after that suddenly everything started to change.

Setting
Year: 5098 Venezuela, Caracas
The year starts in 5098 and takes place in Venezuela, Caracas with two "sectors" one is called the outside where it has Umber’s (African Americans) and the other side which contains Sienna’s (White’s) it is different from where the Umber's live it's worn out abandon and have a lot of destructions.

The government is more like a Dictatorship it is only run by one person which is the Umber, General David Wilson who is one of the influential people in the community.
