Febrero declaración anual de la prima de grado de riesgo a la que están obligados los PATRONES por el artículo 74 de la Ley del Seguro Social, así como la revisión periódica de la siniestralidad de su empresa.

**Sector Profesional – Médico: donde existen pocas facilidades en las universidades o instituciones tecnológicas, para la realización de estudios de especialización y la falta de demanda de especialistas en salud ocupacional.
ANUALMENTE OCURREN MÁS DE 317 MILLONES DE ACCIDENTES EN EL TRABAJO, MUCHOS DE ESTOS ACCIDENTES RESULTAN EN ABSENTISMO LABORAL. EL COSTE DE ESTA ADVERSIDAD DIARIA ES ENORME Y LA CARGA ECONÓMICA DE LAS MALAS PRÁCTICAS DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD SE ESTIMA EN UN 4 POR CIENTO DEL PRODUCTO INTERIOR BRUTO GLOBAL DE CADA AÑO.
1100 OCURREN EN MÉXICO
DE LOS 868,000 ACCIDENTES DIARIOS
Cada uno de ellos tiene un costo promedio de 200 mil pesos, considerando que el 65% de los siniestros a nivel nacional son ocultados por parte de los empresarios.
