Teen Pregnancy

Because more and more teens are becoming sexually active there are more teen pregnancies. Causing more teens to drop out of school and put their education on hold although it couldve been prevented. Many do still continue school throught their pregnancy but at some point they do need to leave school to give birth and take care of the child if they choose to keep it. But many of these children either end up in the fostercare system or being adopted.

Abortion

Abortion continues to be an issue that is heavily fought over. They are an invasive procedeur that can potentially traumatize the patient. If teens have access to birth control the number of unwanted pregnancies decline and with that so do the number of abortions.
