HAMPTON COURT PALACE

Hampton Court Palace is a listed building built in the 16th century for Henry VIII.

THE STORY OF HAMPTON COURT PALACE

The original palace was built for Henry VIII in 1514, but was extended and modified for example with the addition of the "Gallery of Eggs" and the

"Gallery of Wonders".

The palace consists of 1390 rooms and is divided into two parts: The Tudor wing, which was built for Henry VIII and the Baroque wing, built for William III and Mari II.

This kitchen at Hampton Court Palace was the kitchen of Tudor England.
