Students work at their own pace and at the level that best meets their educational needs in:
Always with the teacher supervising, students can connect with children and experts around the world.

Students are able to create a digital portfolio of their best work. They are able to reflect on their own growth through their education.
Digital Citizenship Instruction is included as part of BYOD implementation in August and is embedded into the year-long curriculum.
Lessons include:
Resources: Common Sense Media, Digital Passport Curriculum, isafe.org, and Mackin eBooks
Students log-in to ASD 20 network and are protected by the district firewall.
Since students are using ASD20's network, they will not be using your data plan.
Devices are stored in the classroom.
Classrooms are locked at the end of the day.
Students learn to take care of their devices.

DEVICE REGISTRATION
All fourth and fifth grade parents and students are encouraged to bring their personal device to the library on the school testing days in August for device registration.
If you plan to check-out a device from the school, please also visit the library with your child on testing days in August.
