This story took place in the country in southern Wisconsin. It also took place in the forests of northern Wisconsin.
I would recommend this book for anybody that likes animals. Especially if you like raccoons. For an age group I would suggest kids from 8 to 13. I also rate this book 5 stars.
I think the theme of this book is that no matter if they're human or not your family will always have your back, and they will always love you even though sometimes they might be mad at you.
