Day Care Service

  • Funded a total of Ps. 726,150.00 for the distribution of free BIG BOOKS for 4,841 Day Care Children enrolled in 75 Day Care facilities.
  • 4,841 Day Care Children enrolled in 75 Day Care facilities were provided with continuous basic Dental Service, Oral Health Education and Fluoride Application funded by LGU through MSWD in partnership with Colgate-Palmolive Philippines and Municipal Health Office and DOH
  • Funding and provision of learning materials, capacity building, training and seminars to capacitate and improve the services of our 75 Day Care Workers

  • Completed the distribution of Height Board and Weighing Scale to 75 Day Care facilities for the use of Day Care Children as support of LGU to the Supplementary Feeding Program of Department of Social Welfare and Development
  • 4,841 Day Care Children enrolled in 75 Day Care Facilities are undergoing 120 days Supplementary Feeding for C.Y 2018-2019 implemented by MSWDO thru funding of Department of Social Welfare and Development amounting to Ps. 8,713,800.00

Free Late Registration Program

  • A total of 308 children under indigent families ages 2 to 12 years old were registered under Free Late Registration Program of Local Government through the MSWD in partnership with Local Civil Registry

A total of 308 Person and Children With Disabilities were provided and extended with assistance through the passage of Kautusan Blg. 07 S. 2018- Kautusang Nagpapatupad sa pagkakaloob ng kaukulang halaga para sa Medical and Burial Assistance sa mga mamamayang May Kapansanan o Person with Disabilities sa Bayan ng Rodriguez, Rizal

Assistive and Mobility Devices

A total of 211 Indigent PWD or 69% higher from last year (2017) were assisted for Hearing Checkup with subsidy for Hearing Aide, referral for customized wheelchairs and other ASSISTIVE AND MOBILITY DEVICES in coordination and partnership with Federation of Person with Disability (FEDPERO), Tahanang Walang Hagdanan, UERM, and other partner agencies

Local - Sustainable Livelihood Program

Funding of Ps. 125,000.00 thru Local- Sustainable Livelihood Program to pilot group of 7 or 50 PWDs trained under the Bread and Pastry Training of Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO). The follow up support is to ensure that the provided training will be used and sustained according to its goal for sustainable livelihood development of our sectoral group.

A total of Ps. 5,508,000 were disbursed to 918 Indigent Senior Citizen of Rodriguez under National Social Pension Program of Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) thru facilitation of Office of Senior Citizen and Municipal Treasury Office

A total of Ps. 1,500,000.00 were disbursed to 500 Qualified Indigent Senior Citizen under approved Kautusan Blg. 02 S. 2018-Local Social Pension Program

Pre-assessment and Evaluation

A total of 556 Senior Citizens were subjected to pre- assessment and evaluation for possible inclusion to Social Pension Program facilitated by MSWD and OSCA in partnership with College of Social Work and Community Development- URS- Rodriguez Campus

Sponsored Philhealth Program

Sponsored Philhealth

A total of 2,800 Indigent beneficiaries i.e. PREGNANT, SOLO PARENTS, PWD, TRICYCLE DRIVERS and among others were directly availed the Sponsored Philhealth Program of Local Government of Rodriguez, Rizal thru joint work of MSWDO and MHO from January to December 2018

And a total of 180 mothers living in upland area (Barangay Puray) were funded and provided with TRAINING on Walis- Tambo Making. The said training aims to provide livelihood for women in the said area were opportunity for blue collar job is low

Fund Transfer and Issuance of Guarantee Letter (GL)

Training

  • Kapasyahan Blg. 54, 55 & 56 S. 2018 were passed by Sangguniang Bayan to transfer a fund in Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, Philippine Children Medical Center and East Avenue Memorial Medical Center.
  • And a total of 98 individuals were given with Guarantee Letter (GL) in order to immediately address their medical needs in a fast and efficient way.

A total of 1,003 individuals were provided with Medical (Ps.1,500.00-5,000.00), Transportation (Ps.1,500 up) and burial Assistance (Ps.3,000.00-5,000.00).

The priority of L-AICS are patients/families who are undergoing or seeking dialysis, chemotherapy, burial and transportation/fare for victim of abuse/VAW-C

  • A total of 309 beneficiaries or 43 % higher from last 2017 were provided and received SEED CAPITAL ranging from Ps.2,500- Ps.5,000.00 funded by LGU to support the families’ small scale livelihood.
