Le Pavillon de la Reine is located on 28 Place des Vosges, close to Carette, a cafe that serves pasteries and high tea, an ideal place for a luxurious breakfast each morning. It is 5 minutes from the Sainte Chapelle in a cab, however, it is much farther from the other museums I intend to visit. Although this is inconvient, it is a few minutes walk or bike from good restaurants and shops, such as Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, 15 minutes by cab, where one can do all their designer shopping in a day.
La Pavillion de la Reine, or The Pavillion of the Queen is located in Le Marais inhabits an antique building built by King Henry IV in 1612. It has been home to many people, although perhaps the most prominent figure to grace it's halls was Queen Anne of Austria, and it was for this reason the hotel recieved it's name.

The Catacombs of Paris have inspired horror and fascination in many people. This gloomy spot is home to more than 6 million complete skeletons, most killed during a horrific plague. Over the door you will read "Arrète! C’est ici L’empire de la Mort". This bone rattling (literally) phrase translates to: Stop! This is the empire of the dead.
The Panthéon of Paris honors some of the city's most groundbreaking artists, wealthy royalty, brave wartime game changers as well as Foucault’s pendulum, which proved the rotation of the earth. In 2002 the author the author of The Three Musketeers, Alexandre Dumas's coffin and remains found its permanent home in the Panthéon.

The Luxembourg Gardens, on the grounds of the Luxembourg Castle, hold a divine beauty. Though the palace is only open once a year on heritage day, the park is open almost all year. The garden, the largest in Paris, is divided into two sections, the French and the English gardens.
Far from loud talkers and screeching tires lies the Pere-Lachaise Cemetery, possessive of many famed graves. Oscar Wilde lays in eternal sleep along with Jean Fontaine. Normal citizens can be buried along with those of a higher standing for a lease of 30-50 years, although if the lease is not renewed the parisian can be removed.
