I like places with mild climates. I also value a safe place with lots of infustructure . Another important thing is having health and education services
The Wellington Square Shopping
a new supermarket, medical centre, childcare centre, bistro and gym.
Westfield Airport West is located a 30-minute drive from Wallan.
there are two sporting centres
Schools Health care
5 primary schools Kilmore and District Hospital
1 secondary school
2 university or TAFE campuses
Wallan has good ifustructure but he crime rate is far to high for my liking. there are schools and health care services. The climate in Wallan is to cold for me.
Plumpton does not have any infrastructure but instead feeds off the infrastructure in the surrounding suburbs
The environmental quality is all round low
There is no health or education services in Plumpton. Much like the infustructure Plumpton feeds off the schools and healthcare services of he neighboring suburbs.
Plumpton does not have any infustructure which is something that I value. The crime rate is also far to high for me. the climate is too cold for me in the winter
there is a well-established sport and recreation complex hosting an indoor recreation centre, sporting oval, golf course, synthetic bowling green and a recently refurbished Sports Club with bar and social facilities. Jerramungup also has a 25m swimming pool located at the Jerramungup District High School which is open in the warmer months
The pollution levels are low in all areas
Breamer bay does have infustructure but not as much I would like. the crime rate is very low. I also live the fact hat it is next to a beach. The climate is good for me. there is also no secondary school.
Plumpton
I believe Plumpton is the least liveable place of the three. The main reasons the lack of infrastructure. Although Plumpton does not have infrastructure, it still has access to infrastructure of neighbouring suburbs. Although this works it require a drive. There is also not schools or health services in Plumpton. On top of all this the crime rate is very high compared to the other two suburbs.
To improve this suburb, I would suggest building a school, and some other infrastructure. I would also suggest opening a police station in the area to lower crime rates
I think the most liveable place is Bremer Bay because first of all the crime rate is extremely low. The pollution levels are also very low, the infrastructure is alright. There are schools in the suburb. The climate is inline with the ideal climate for most people.
