*Cross training throughout the 12 month programme with one weeks work experience in :

*Graduates will be assigned a mentor for the duration of the graduate programme.
*Graduates will attend relevant training workshops on a bi-monthly basis.

*Completion of IMPROVE project to benefit the business and will be presented to the exec com.
*Graduates are required to keep a learning journal to reflect on:
