Conflicts

Oedipus Vs. Jocasta:

Unknowingly have a family together, (2 sons, and 2 duaghters) and marry even though they're related. Jocasta committs having found out he killed her husband.

Oedipus Vs. Gods:

Oedipus was born accursed, forever to live in tradegy. Gone against many of God's laws, for example, killing a family member, and being rude and disrespectful to guests.

Oedipus Vs. Creon:

Oedipus accuses him of betrayel without any evidence, quick to blame his loyal friend. Goes against him.

Oedipus Vs. Tiresias (Relates to Herdsman) :

tiresias tells him of his future after Oedipus interrogates him for knowledge. Doubts the prophecy and then is endulged with fear. Makes Tiresias mad at him. Doubts the Herdsman as well in the same way, interrogates him as well.

Oedipus Vs. Chorus:

Chorus trys to keep oedipus helpful, or give advice, oedipus wants nothing to do with it. Chorus gets tired of his selfish acts that reoccure.
