Step 1: Search Prezi

  • Go to your internet browser and type in prezi.com

step 2: Login/get started

  • Next sign up or login to Prezi.
  • Decide what type of account you want to have (basic, premium, etc.
  • Enter your information

step 3: Your Presentation

  • Click create new Prezi
  • Select a template, start a blank presentation or convert a PowerPoint and name you're Prezi

step 4: Create and Edit

Click to edit text

Add:

  • Text (insert>text)
  • Pictures (either: insert>image or Copy off the internet then paste)
  • Shapes (insert>shapes)
  • Icon (insert>icon)
  • Animation (insert>animation)
  • Arrow/line (insert>Arrow & line)
  • PDF (insert>PDF)
  • Audio (insert>Audio)
  • Video (insert>Video>paste video link)
  • Chart (insert>chart)

step 5:Finishing Up

You can share you're presentation with your colleges and present it when your finished.

  • To share: Share> view link>send link to person

Share>Collaborate>type in email address (Only if they have a prezi account)
