I- It is intended to the president of the United States. Hawaii is trying to get land back that the U.S claimed.

P- Hawaiis queens pov is that she was never imformed of the land being taken and just one day it was taken and is trying her best to get it back.

P- Her purpose of sending this letter is to hopefully get hawaii power and land back.
