5-YEAR CONTRACT AGREEMENT
SEPTAGE COLLECTION AND TREATMENT
* Baliwag Water District- Service Provider
- Responsible for the sole collection and treatment of septage within the jurisdiction of the CLIENT
* Pandi Water District- Client
- Commits a guaranteed volume of 5 cu.m./day of septage 22 days a month, which is equivalent to a minimum of 110 cu.m./month at 90% collection Efficiency

*Coordination to Barangay
*Secure Permits
*Assist in the IEC campaigns
*Assist Baliwag WD on all necessary documents required as permitting documentary requrements
*Provide a monthy report on its septage management service
*Attend to customer concern
*Imposed environmental fee
The client shall be liable to pay the damages or the deficiency amount of the service if the agreed volume of septage conatined in the agreement was not met and was not provided to the service provider by the client
The service provider shall be liable for damages and legal consequences in the event of spillage of septage contained in the vacuum truck within the service area of Pandi
The client shall be liable to pay the damages and legal interest for any delay in the agreed payment
The service provider shall be liable for damages for the non-compliance of desludging and treating a minimum volume of 5 cu.m./day of septage from Pandi unless the non-compliance was due to force majeure or the fault of the client
The client shall be liable to pay additional 10% of the total fee as penalty if payment is made after the due date indicated in the statement

Hauling and treatment
PAYMENT TERMS
If the CLIENT disputes the amount specified in any invoice, it shall, within 5 days after receipt of such invoice, provide the SERVICE PROVIDER with a written notice detailing the basis of its questions or objections. It shall thereafter pay the undisputed porion thereof not later than the due date. both party shall endeavor to settle billing dispute within 10 days. if the dispute is not resolved within 10 days afet receipt of such notice, the matter of the disputed amount shall thereafter be resolved in accordance with provisions under dispute resolution
Baliiwag WD will issue an invoice to PanWaDis every 1st week on the following month for the collection, hauling and treatment fee.
PanWaDis is commited to process and release the payment to Baliwag WD within one week upon receipt of the invoice
