They train extremely hard 6 days a week for 6 months before the race.

This popular road marathon has been held each year in London since 1981, usually in April.
How many people?
Around 40 thousand people usually take part in the London Marathon. This athletic event offers big prize money for the winners, but the majority of runners do it for fun or to raise money for charity.
Wimbledon is the center of lawn tennis. It is a place in south-west London. Tennis championships have taken place there every year since 1877. The tournament lasts for two weeks.
