Career Management

Intro

As JNCOs your subordinates will look to you for advice and guidance, particularly on career matters.

You are not expected to have all the answers, but you should at least be able to point them in the right direction.

Being able to offer sound advice on career matters or know who to contact when you don’t have the answer, will enable you to support your subordinates effectively

Career Management

As a JNCO you are in an influential position and often the first point of contact for your subordinates.

It is necessary to understand the processes and regulation relating to Career Development in order to advise your subordinates with accuracy.
