Third, the company needs to be more innovative to compete with rival firms.
At last, the company needs new management, new ideas, more energy and to be more risk taking.
We would like to accept UCC’s offer because of these 4 reasons. We really want the development of a company.

The multinational drinks group Universal Cola Corporation has made an offer to purchase the company. Our reasons for not accepting their offers are as follows:
First of all the acceptance of the merging offer would ruin our company’s identity. That means we would lose our originality. As a huge multinational company, UCC would probably focus just on making profits rather than caring about other factors comprising the identity of the company.
Second the UCC will shift the management, which would make the employees unhappy. And as a result, the efficiency of working would be aggravated.
Lastly, If customers recognize that our company is under the influence of and is actually subject to the huge multinational company, they are reluctant to purchase our product any longer.
Therefore, according to the reasons mentioned upward, we decide not to merge with the company UCC.
