Both businesses have the same tactics for recovering the expenses of client acquisition, retaining staff, and fostering brand loyalty.This will not only result in excellent customer service on both ends, but it will also result in a more positive experience for both clients.

Given that American Airlines' service standards are lower than those of Air Canada, Air Canada would be preferable. Not only that, but Air Canada is the biggest airline and the biggest supplier of scheduled passenger services on the domestic, international, and cross-border markets in Canada. Where as it would utilize those earnings to reinvest in their firm to satisfy their clients in order to maintain their successful business growth.
