  • No Site IT outages during this period.
  • Wiring cleanup underway. Will complete mid-February.

  • Daily operational checks are in place for Video Conferencing Systems.
  • One additional Site Tech, Lindsey Shields, has been moved to the site in order to provide additional support.
  • Note that the Grid does not have overnight staff. This site is supported overnight by the Matrix location.

*NO ONE is ALLOWED to MOVE one IT Asset to another. IT on site should be inform about this or must create a ticket.

Because of SOC 2 Type II Certification Audit, we will be needing all Desktops & Laptops confirmed the accuracy of all IT Assets declared on site.

  • Wiring cleanup underway. Complete in Q1, to include recurring process for maintenance. This site has the best wiring, but there is minor cleanup needed to bring wiring into our standards for neatness.
