Police Brutality

Police Brutality is legally defined as a civil rights violation wherein officers exercise undue or excessive force against a civilian. This includes, but is not limited to, physical or verbal harassment, physical or mental injury, property damage, and death. Police Brutality happens across the wold the most high cases of police brutality in the U.S is in New Mexico, Colorado, and Oklahoma.

Black men and boys face the highest risk of being killed by police–at a rate of 96 out of 100,000 deaths. By comparison, white men and boys face a lower rate of 39 per 100,000 deaths, despite being a bigger portion of the U.S. population. Overall, men faced a rate of 52 per 100,000 deaths.

The government should not Criminalizing everything because all the policemen are focusing on crimes that not needing the attention of multiple cops and should focus on real crimes that have peoples live in stake
