SUMMARY

Summary

In this Tedx Sam Berns was a high school student that was born with a disease called Progeria. Sam talks about how he had a dream to play the snare drums in the marching band, but because of this disease his body would not physically be able to carry the drums. He explains how he looked at this as a challenge instead of an obstacle. Sam along with his family and an engineer went to work on designing a drum that he could carry. Sam obtained his dreams through persistence and determination which led to happiness.
