A Guide To Travel Training

Why Travel Training?

DABD’s Travel Training programme provides one to one tailored support and teaching that enables young people with disabilities travel independently using public transport.

Our program works with parents, schools/ college's and outreach groups to support the students towards adulthood.

It also allows local authorities to free up space on current transport methods, decreasing the amount spent on this service alone as well as reducing costs in future adult services.
