For economy, I tend to be more on the Liberals side. This is because I believe that in order to have good infrastructure, and making sure that even the poor can afford healthcare, the government needs to implement taxes. These taxes need to be determined on ones salary and not be equal because even thought how confusing it may sound, equal taxes arent fair due to the fact that a person with a lower salary than another still has to pay pay the same amount as him/her even though you are paying a higher percentage of your income than that person, does this sound fair?

This is what happened to the GBP after former Prime Minister Liz Truss gave the rich a sort of tax break and started taxing the poor even more.

Studies show that the elimination of barriers to migration would have profound effects on world GDP, with estimates of gains ranging between 67 and 147.3%. This means immigration is all good right, so what do the conservatists then argue? Well, the conservatives do support LEGAL immigration, however in numbers, and they oppose ILLEGAL immigration (i.e. Donald Trump building a war so that no illegal Mexican immigrants come in. Which is stupid because most illegal immigrants fly in legally and then stay to long so they become illegal). Conservatists believe that illegal immigrants should not have the same rights as any one else who obeys the law. So now which side am I on ? I tend more to liberalism, meaning that I believe that no matter how they came in, the government should support them with visas for their wife/husband and children. I also believe that the government should also support them with finantial aid to build up their lives in the country. I believe all of this because after all, there is a reason why the immigrants left their home; they need a better life where there is no war or violence, no poverty, and finally a place where they can have an education. Overall illegal immigrants are just people, too, who have to feed their family.

Conservatists believe that the government should not control healthcare, and that it should be privatised. This results in the poor often not being able to afford healthcare. I believe that this is wrong; everyone should have the simple right of having good health care, so I support universal government-supervised healthcare meaning that the healthcare is at a low cost or free, and is regulated by the government one of these examples is the NHS in the Uk.

The US is one of only two countries in order to carry or buy a gun, no permit is required.
I strongly oppose conservatists in this field. I dont know how anyone in this day and age can have the audacity to say "More guns mean less crime" because that statement is totally false as seen in the chart to the right. I believe the only way to buy a gun is by getting a gun license, and by having your criminal records checked. Then to carry it, you have to be approved by the government, and can only carry it for a reason (i.e. hunting or police). I have similar opinions about the death penalty. Every human has the right to live and the right to learn from their mistakes, and too add on, what if the person sentanced to death is innocent? The Government(Law enforcement system)(which should be trusted) have just killed an innocent person. So, I believe imprisonment is a more appropriate punishment.

Overall I am liberal because most of the conservative views for me are too traditional, and not as forward with views, and opinions that revolve around the country and economy and not the people. It is possible that my views are based on the way I was brought up, my parents views and my family's finantial situation.
