Survival

Survival

Scorpions have very interesting survival techniques. When food is scarce, they can slow down the metabolisim in their body in order to live longer. This technique enables scorpions to reqiure little oxygen and they sometimesonly need to eat one insect per year. Scientists heve even frozen scorpions overnight, only for the ice to melt and the scorpion walk away unharmed.
