As researchers the clinical aspect of the company is vital. This department consist of Principal Investigators, Regional Director, Site manager, CRA, CRC, and Regulatory Specialist. Each staff member is highly and specifically trained for their specific position. Clinical Trials Specialist Inc., is looking to change the way people are healed. For many years the Pharmaceutical companies has been the “bad guys”, but what if they aren’t the “bad guys”.. Our staff has vowed to change the vision of Clinical Trials.
Administration department is the backbone of an organization. An effective administrator is an asset to an organization. He or she is the link between an organization's various departments and ensures the smooth flow of information from one part to the other. Thus without an effective administration, an organization would not run professionally and smoothly. Some of these personnel are Clinical Trials Administrator, Business Development Specialist, Operations Director, and Human Resources.
When working with clinical trials it is very important to be able to connect with our patients. We care for the patient as a whole, mind, body, and spirit. We make sure all patients are treated with care, respect, and dignity. We understand that patients in search of a cure are vulnerable and need answers, we want to help facilitate the care to allow patients to become whole again. If the patient is not already apart of a support group ( regarding their illness ) we try our best to get them involved in one. We also do a community outreach each month, not only to give back to our community but to also expand our company.
As we all may know, everything good comes with time. As mentioned previously, research has many moving parts and before our clinical aspect gets started regulatory comes first.
Once you sign a contract with the company, the start-up can vary. This timeline can depend on documents, certifications,medical insurance approval and many other things. We like to see the start-up within 3-6 months. Along with the documentation and other things listed above, it is very important that we have the office fully equipped before the grand opening. Some of these things are exam beds, laboratory supplies, hazmat, etc. Once these have been obtained than we are one step closer to the grand opening
The physician will own the medical portion of the practice and CTSI will own the Medical Management of the practice including research.

The immediate step after giving us the green light is find you a location. We will get together and map out some offices that are in your preffered locations. Once I find a office I will go visit it and make sure everything is up to par.
