What if this is possible if we colonize Canada and build a railway that connects this country from coast to coast. The cost of building this railway can be split up among the colonies. This railway can change so much and benefit this country greatly.

The threat of them invading us was a possibility ever since they accused us of helping southerners escape their troops. The American army is stronger than the Canadian army and more powerful. What we need is a untied country so that we can be sure that even if they did try to invade Canada we will be ready and protect this land.
