- Read the text on pp. 14 - 15.
- Use a dictionary if necessary. Some definitions are available in the glossary.
- Answer the comprehension questions on pp. 14 - 15.
- Identify the main idea of the text. Write your answer at the bottom of p. 15.
For homework, you were asked to study the charts for the simple present and present progressive tenses.
Before we begin, let's review the purpose of each verb tense.

Present continuous: Happening right now, temporary actions

Present continuous: p. 25
